　　日常維護看似簡單，但很多時分并不被人注重，也是最容易讓人忽略的；但很多時分大的問題常常是由小的問題積聚下來的。要做到與臨床運用人員積極配合，堅持儀器表面清潔；運用前做到檢查電壓、電源能否正常；運用過程中留意觀察儀器的功用能否正常并填寫運用記載。在日常維修時就養成好的習慣，避免損壞事情發作。

　　Daily maintenance seems simple, but a lot of time is not paid attention to, and it is the most easily ignored; but many time-consuming problems are often accumulated by small problems. It is necessary to actively cooperate with the clinical operators, adhere to the cleaning of the instrument surface, check whether the voltage and power supply are normal before use, pay attention to observe whether the function of the instrument is normal during use and fill in the use records. Develop good habits in daily maintenance to avoid damaging things.

　　第二點，設備維修工作，一定要認真處置，不要馬虎大意。

　　醫療儀器設備發作缺點時，要做好維修前的信息搜集、準備工作；包括型號、出廠編號，缺點呈現時間，缺點呈現時有無異常聲響，能否發作過突然停電，儀器有沒有移動過等問題。

　　In case of any defect of medical instrument and equipment, information collection and preparation before maintenance shall be done well, including model, factory number, defect presentation time, whether there is any abnormal sound when the defect is presented, whether there is sudden power failure, whether the instrument has moved, etc.

　　維修中應當留意，在拆卸醫療設備的過程中，要留意先后次第，不要用蠻力強行拆卸。拆下來的緊固螺絲、小件等不可隨手亂放，要分類放好，避免喪失。設備維修完成后，安裝時，再按相反的次第一步一步恢恢復樣，沒有多余的配件。損壞的零配件，也要作好標志，改換后恢恢復樣，不要呈現差錯。

　　維修工作完成后，要清潔儀器表面，接通電源，看能否正常工作。校正儀器，恢復正常工作狀態，然后交由運用人員試用一下，查看儀器能否恢恢復工作狀態，以免留下隱患。最后清算現場，檢查有無遺漏工具等，并填寫維修日志留備查看。

　　維修中的防護工程師在維修儀器時，要時辰留意做好防護工作，無論是漏電還是交叉感染等問題，都要留意防護。不要呈現不用要的不測傷害。

　　外觀檢查首先檢查儀器各按鈕、開關、接頭插座有無松動及錯位,插頭插座的接觸有無氧化、生銹或接觸不良,電源線有無老化,散熱排風能否正常, 各種接地的銜接和管道的銜接能否良好。

　　清潔保養:對儀器表面與內部電氣部分、機械部分中止清潔,包括清洗過濾網及有關管道,對儀器有關插頭插座中止清潔, 防止接觸不良,對必要的機械部分中止加油潤滑。

　　Cleaning and maintenance: stop cleaning the instrument surface, internal electrical part and mechanical part, including cleaning the filter screen and relevant pipes, stop cleaning the relevant plug and socket of the instrument, to prevent poor contact, and stop lubricating the necessary mechanical part.

　　改換易損件:對已抵達運用壽命及性能降落,不合懇求的元器件或運用說明書中規則的懇求定期改換的配件要中止及時地改換,預防可能發作的缺點擴展或構成整機缺點。對電池充電缺乏的情況要敦促有關人員中止定期充電, 掃除設備明顯的和潛在的各種缺點。

　　Replacement of vulnerable parts: for the parts that have reached the service life and performance degradation, and are not in conformity with the requirements or the parts that are required to be replaced regularly according to the rules in the operation manual, the replacement shall be stopped in time to prevent the expansion of possible defects or the formation of the whole machine defects.
